Tenants and friends were invited to join the Jennings team raise funds for Footsteps Friday coffee morning, held in the business lounge on Monument Park.
The Jennings team (the Jennings ladies) spent the night baking away for ‘Footsteps Friday’, and the results were impressive! Bens Cookies, a tenant on Monument Park, also helped providing the baking with a delivery of fresh cookies.
A mini raffle and guess the weight of the cake competition helped to raise over £230, and the monies are still coming in!
Footsteps Foundation are a brilliant local charity who support low-income families with disabled children by funding a percentage of therapy costs, enabling children with neurological disorders to access the centre’s unique ‘spider’ equipment. The programme helps to improve physical ability, confidence and independence and enables children to reach their full potential.
