We help the voluntary sector by bringing charities together at events. Sometimes these events are on particular topics, generated from conversations our Trustees have had with charities. Sometimes they’re just for some well-earned fun.
Our aim, often working closely with ROBIN, is to enable charities to make better connections and to create opportunities for partnerships.
Calling all Oxfordshire-based charities and community groups…

WORKSHOP: Can social media transform your charity?
Held in May 2015, this workshop featured two great speakers, 40 people from the voluntary sector, and lots of useful social media tips.
CHARITY BOWLING EVENTS: 2015 & 2018
We were delighted that 10 local Oxfordshire businesses sponsored local charities for the free ‘MCT charity bowling night’ in April 2015 and then again in 2018, at the Hollywood Bowl in Oxford. Bringing local charities together, for two wonderful nights of fun and to say a big thank you to all the amazing people who work tirelessly to run them.
The 21 teams were made up of 16 local charities, along with representatives from our business sponsors and Gill Oliver from the Oxford Mail. In total there were more than 130 guests, with charities including:
Yellow Submarine, Nasio Trust, Corum Life Education Centres, Oxfordshire Advocacy, Style Acre, Child Funeral Charity, SeeSaw, Headway Oxford, SOFEA, Aspire, Special Effect, My Life My Choice, Ley’s Community Market, EMBS, Oxfordshire Youth and Home Farm Trust.
Thank you to everyone who enabled these extra special events to happen.
